Understand what this editor changes
The editor adds new visual content on top of existing pages. It does not rewrite original paragraphs, reflow fonts, erase underlying text, or perform secure redaction.

Overlays, not source rewriting

Can I edit existing PDF text?
No. This tool adds new text and graphics over the existing PDF without changing its original text objects.
Can I edit more than one page?
Yes. Added items are saved separately for each page as you navigate through the PDF.
Is highlighting the same as redaction?
No. A translucent or opaque shape is not secure redaction because underlying content can remain in the file.
Does the PDF leave my device?
No. Previewing and editing are performed locally in the browser.
