A range such as 1-3,5,8-10 selects several sections without requiring multiple uploads. After selection, the preview can be reordered before download. This is useful when the required pages are correct but the source document places an attachment or signature page in the wrong position.
Choose a combined result when the selected pages belong together. Choose separate files when a portal, reviewer, or workflow needs one page per upload. Open the downloaded result before deleting the source because copied pages can lose document-level features such as bookmarks or signatures.
