File order and page order are separate

Features that may change

Ordinary page content is copied into the new PDF, but complex forms, bookmarks, embedded files, digital signatures, and document-level scripts may not behave exactly as they did in the originals. A cryptographic signature can become invalid when a signed document is modified.
